The ability to create synthetic data is at the core of Generative AI. Popularly known large language models (LLMs) are just one implementation of synthetic data. However, LLMs are not useful in dealing with time-series data as in global financial markets.

We believe that synthetic time-series data augmentation from LSTMs, DGANs, proprietary feature engineering algorithms that extract non-linear relationships between assets and unified nano AI model inference architecture will outperform the top 1% of institutional quants and portfolio managers in traditional large hedge funds and ETFs within a decade.

Highwater AI models are structured, trained and deployed to capture the highest risk adjusted alpha by accurately predicting the flow of funds (liquidity), causal non-linear relationships, transfer of relative value between different macro asset classes. That is our guiding AI principle.

Nano AI Model Architecture

We have trained and deployed close to ~100 highly fine-tuned unique Nano AI model(s) that are each synthetically augmented for their respective asset classes and are trained to produce higher than market returns.

Think of each Nano AI model as a team of analysts and portfolio manager at a traditional hedge fund.

Highwater AI FundFlow platform combines these individual and relational Nano AI Model(s) in multiple configurations to collectively identify the most probabilistic risk-adjusted alpha opportunities that are projected to deliver the highest absolute and relative returns for the specific trading strategy.

The process repeats until Fundflow AI Platform finds the best fit and strategy for the trade.

FundFlow AI Digital Assets Fund

Highwater Digital Asset fund is focussed on institutional grade highly liquid digital assets and related equities with daily capacity of ~USD $380 million.

Goals for the FundFlow AI Digital Assets Fund:

1) Higher than Bloomberg Bitcoin benchmark annual post-fee returns without the deep capital drawdowns and

2) Smooth equity curve and risk performance metrics that are similar or better than S&P 500 (SPY).

We intend to expand to other macro asset classes in the near future in our next fund offerings.
